In-store Sales

Welcome to In-Store Sales, an e-learning journey packed with adventure and exploration to discover brilliant sales techniques. The In-store Sales learning programme provides Field Managers with an understanding of how to manage their area of responsibility in a sales environment and promote customer buy-in for better results. Specific focus is placed on the organisations’ strategic objectives and how they tie into our In-store activities. The programme offers problem solving activities, brain teasers for creative stimuli while traveling on an adventurous journey exploring the thinking styles of different customers, needs-offering, In-store basics and creating action plans. This is the first component of the learning programme, after completion of the eLearning, a one day practical workshop will follow.   The In-store Sales eLearning programme is divided into 7 different pathways allowing you to understand and manage the learning process. It is important to note that although eLearning can be can at your own pace and time, the In-store Sales programme must be completed within one month of when you start the programme. Ask for assistance if you need to, make notes and print the relevant documents for the practical workshop.
